PyyWhite Creations welcomes all wholesale inquiries. The following are our policies regarding such orders:

• Minimum order quantity: We require a minimum order of $300 or 50 pieces, whichever is greater. For wholesale orders, the following is how specific items are sold per any type/scent/color combination:

  • Body or Baby Soap: per 10 bars​

  • Hand or Kitchen soap: per 4 bars

  • Lotion bars: per 6 bars

  • Lip balm: per 5 tubes

  • Shampoo Bars: per 4 bars

  • Conditioner Bars: per 4 bars

• Resale certificate: You will be required to provide a resale certificate prior to purchase. 

• Payment terms: Payment is required in full before any necessary materials are ordered and/or production started.  Once we receive your order request, we will provide an invoice from which you can make the payment. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Zelle, and ACH. The invoice will include a due date; if no payment is made by that date, the order will be canceled. 

• Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. When we create the order invoice, we will include an estimated shipping charge which must be paid with the invoice. Once the order is complete and ready to ship, we will determine the actual shipping cost and either refund or send an invoice for the difference. If the customer chooses not to pay any additional shipping fees required at that point, the order will be canceled, and the original payment will not be refunded. 

• Lead time: Please allow approximately 6-8 weeks for production and shipping. Soaps take a minimum of 4 weeks to cure. We will select the most cost-effective shipping method available that allows insurance to be added, but if you need faster delivery and are willing to pay the excess fees, please let us know during the order process. 

• Returns and exchanges: Wholesale orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.

• Cancellations: Wholesale orders may be canceled, without penalty, within 24 hours of being placed. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

• Refusals: PyyWhite Creations retains the right to refuse any wholesale order if we 1) believe we will not be able to fulfill the request in a timely manner or 2) feels the order is too large for our current production abilities or 3) have reason to suspect it is a fraudulent order or there are any signs of suspicious activity.
